    An explanation of what a Starseed is.

    Welcome to the world premiere of the music video for the song “Carry On, Starseed” by MENTAGENESIS. The story of how it came to be is as follows: As I was working on the song line up for the “Conscious Cosmos” album, I decided to take a meditation break. While in meditation, my attention was called to the blog post “A Starseed is Born!” (click to read) right here on this blog. It’s the only post that features a guest writer. In this case, Mari Swa who for years also produced a series of inspiring and enlightening videos (click to go) on YouTube. These videos deal with a lot of expanded consciousness concepts. Her presentation on Starseeds is exceptional.

    As I was re-reading the article, it struck me that being a Starseed is a thankless occupation. The incarnated soul must deal with many low frequency situations which they are not accustomed to. This would be very tiresome. Most people are stuck in their ways and would resist attempts to raise the collective vibration. The Starseeds might not be able to reveal their enhanced soul abilities without being judged as mentally unstable by their family and friends.

    I sat down at my laptop and began to jot down the premise for a song that would act as a way to encourage the Starseeds and let them know they are appreciated. Then I organized the premise into song lyrics. Finally, I began to hum a melody that felt right for the lyrics. I recorded this melody and uploaded the lyrics and melody to my A.I. partner. I tasked it with various prompts that explained the feel I wanted the song to have. Then I specified the instrumentation, vocal style and where I wanted harmonies. I had previously uploaded a voice sample of me singing for it to emulate. The range of my singing voice is limited to the 2nd Tenor range. The A.I. version of my voice seems to have no limits to the notes it can hit- and it never suffers from blocked sinuses due to allergies.

    The first version of the song A.I. and I created was very bland. I then submitted prompts to explain to the A.I. what I was looking for; the emotion that the vocal should have. Each version that was subsequently created moved closer to my vision. Finally, after a couple of hours of revisions, I got exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I heard it, I knew the song was done.

    This process is very similar to how I used to work with a human song writing partner back in the day. The difference is that A.I. can do all of it much faster- and without any bickering. For those of you who are wondering, yes, you can have A.I. completely create the lyrics and the music for you. The results will be rather bland and mediocre. The reason my songs are of a higher caliber is that I approach working with the A.I. just as I did when I was writing with a human musician/partner. I treat it as a collaborative process. And I don’t quit prompting until I achieve the results I’m seeking.

    This is where being a writer is a huge benefit. Prompts (suggestions) are submitted in writing. Therefore, clear, descriptive phrases explain to the A.I. partner how to alter the song in the direction of what you’re hoping to produce. Being concise and being familiar with musical terms is essential. For instance, words like emotive, crescendo, tempo, lilting, anthem, etc. are very helpful. A knowledge of musical instruments will also greatly improve your results. If you can specify what instruments your song will use, and where, your results will be superior.

    That’s the story behind the song. The story behind the music video is another altogether. Let it speak to you on the heart level. You’ll find it communicates Source energy to help you “Carry On” in your mission.

    Off-Grid Adventures & Timeline Wars

    Many of the posts I see online right now, (some by my friends) are so pessimistic concerning the future. Many people are screaming about the negative things they see the “Controllers” trying to implement. Let me tell you a little secret (which many of you know) but seem to have forgotten. This physical reality is an illusion. The things that happen in it are the result of the Collective Consciousness of humanity. What we believe we conceive. This is what causes events and circumstances to manifest.

    You may have noticed that I put the noun “Controllers” in the above paragraph in parenthesis. The reason for this is simple. They are no longer in control. While they are desperately trying to restore control, they have been deposed. Who deposed them? You and I did. How did we do it? By causing them to lose dictatorial control of the narrative. In so doing, we became the co-creators of a new timeline, a new reality, a new, better future for mankind.

    You’ve heard the term “self-fulfilling prophecy”? Nothing could be more accurate. The purpose of prophecy is to insert a belief into the consciousness of a society. If enough people become believers in the prophecy, it becomes a reality and the trajectory of the timeline is changed. Those who resonate with the vibration of this timeline find it becomes their experience, their reality. You are not simply a reactor to reality, you are a co-creator of it. This is the new, expanded consciousness that the former “Controllers” fought so desperately to conceal and obfuscate. Too bad, so sad, the cat is out of the bag. Each day, many break free from the control systems. These systems were created by their former masters. Multitudes reject them wholesale. They assert their sovereignty.

    The evidence of this is everywhere. Rejection of the legacy media. Falling interest in the illusion factory of Hollywood. No confidence in the big pharma sponsored medical mafia. Demanding transparency and accountability from political figures. A shift away from religious systems of control. And a movement of people out of the metropolitan mind control centers into the quietude of nature. It’s all happening so rapidly that those formerly in control are desperate to figure out their next move. They try to use fear to elicit a desired response as they did in the past. However, they find themselves ignored. They are even laughed at. Their fear campaigns fall flat. This is because the momentum of the new, positive timeline and reality is unstoppable.

    This explains why things are so confusing right now. A great bifurcation or split in the collective consciousness has occurred. While some have chosen freedom, others have chosen to remain slaves. They and their masters are very loud. Misery loves company. They seek to pull as many people out of the positive timeline and into their dystopian future as possible. Therefore they flood the media channels with predictions of doomsday. They know low density minds fear change so they paint every change as something likely to end in catastrophe. Don’t fall for it. You have nothing to fear if you prefer the positive timeline and are working to make it a reality. You do this by holding your positive vision steadfastly in your mind, spreading consciousness expanding thoughts and emanating a high vibration frequency.

    Right now two realities, two major, divergent timelines exist simultaneously. You’re getting information from both. For a little while longer, the negative/dystopian timeline and it’s curators still have much influence over the mainstream and social media. Sit back and watch as they implement their own demise. They are committed to a path of self destruction which is quickly coming upon them. Soon, those in the positive timeline will witness a complete replacement. Compromised individuals and NPCs running media conglomerates will be replaced by people who support the beneficent timeline. Why? Because we choose to co-create this reality.

    You might struggle with understanding two competing realities and timelines. I can use the experience of off-grid living to help explain. Since moving out of the big city of Los Angeles to my property here in Arizona my reality has changed. I now have a life of relative freedom. Before, my life was controlled by the many rules of the municipal code of the city. When I was a city dweller, for the most part, I accepted these many regulations and restrictions. I did this to enjoy the conveniences and opportunities that city life affords. If I tried to circumvent a rule, I quickly discovered that the municipality had many ways to enforce compliance. They could coerce me with fines and loss of privileges. Eventually, for me, the call of freedom became stronger than the desire for convenience. I said goodbye to the “human farm” (as I think of it). I welcomed a life living close to and in harmony with nature.

    This is not to say there are no rules where I live. There are. These rules are more “unspoken” and are enforced by an appreciation of the good life we all enjoy. We all want to maintain that goodness. While disagreements do occur between neighbors, talking it out is preferred. Coming to a mutual understanding of each other’s perspectives is the goal. Getting police involved is frowned upon. Taking legal action can get a person shunned from the rest of the community.

    In big city life, we have a reality governed by control systems to achieve community harmony. In my off-grid, rural adventure, community harmony is achieved by mutual appreciation. It also relies on the higher law of “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. We can compare these two modes of living to our two competing realities and timelines. People in one choose imposed control. People in the other choose responsible freedom. Both exist simultaneously. Persons in each reality can venture into the other to experience what it feels like. Then a choice is made as to which reality is preferred.

    I didn’t write the above to convince you to move out of the city. The nature of expanded consciousness is such that you can be anywhere and be free. This is because freedom is a state of mind more than a location. While living off-grid is definitely more appealing to me, it does have it’s unique challenges. One of which is that sometimes nature can get a little too close for comfort!

  • The Story of “A Spark Inside” Music Video

    The Story of "A Spark Inside" Music Video

    Today we’re premiering the music video for the song “A Spark Inside” by MENTAGENESIS. Our story begins back in January when this writer discovered that A.I. could be used to create songs. I chronicled my learning adventures in previous blog posts. My first attempt resulted in some mediocre lyrics which I then rewrote. I tried several A.I. song generators before finding one that would allow me to tweak the music to my specifications. I then experimented with different styles of music to learn how this is accomplished, again tweaking each version until I knew I had something outstanding. Did I ever mention that I started my career in Audio/Video Production as a radio station DeeJay?

    Since I was using this song to experiment and learn the process, I produced about fifteen different versions. I determined that of the 15, four were of the quality that merited being released for distribution. Two of these have already been released through DistroKid, my distribution agent. They are available worldwide on all major online music platforms. Two more are being released this month. I will include one of the non-released versions below as a free download under the music video. This is my way of saying thank you for all the positive energy and loyal support you all give me.

    It was only after I released the first two that I discovered there are many songs out there with the name “A Spark Inside” so the releases this month will be called “A Spark Inside Us” and “A Spark Inside Our Mind” to differentiate them. One version is Country/Rock and the other a Pop Ballad.

    Which brings me to another announcement. While MENTAGENESIS is my virtual Progressive Rock group, I’m not narrow minded when it comes to my musical taste. I also created a virtual group called SKYBORNE RANCH which will release Blues Rock / Country Rock and Pop Ballad songs by my virtual artists Ned Treflow and Holly Daniels, both of whom are based on actual musicians/people who tried but never made it to the big time. The first SKYBORNE RANCH album is called “Stars Alive” and will be available on the major online music platforms later this month (March 2026).

  • The Coming “Summer of Wonder”.

    The Coming "Summer of Wonder".

    Recently, I’ve noticed how all the Social Media engagement at present is in the realm of politics. People are outraged at the crimes against innocence and decency that have been revealed. And with good reason. I totally understand. Ten years ago when I learned all this was going on, I was outraged too. I also felt the need to demand punishment for those who committed the crimes. I was laughed at, ridiculed and marginalized by those who were living in a state of denial. Cognitive dissonance prevented them from seeing the evidence that to me was in plain sight. They branded many of us with the “Conspiracy Theorist” label and went on their merry way.

    Do I harbor bitterness? Not at all. I truly understand why they didn’t want to believe. I didn’t either at first. But my research convinced me otherwise. I took solace in the old prophecy. “Everything hidden will be revealed. The things done in secret will be shouted from the mountaintop”. I’ve always been a bit of a clairvoyant. I sense things that are coming before they happen. You might say I live in the energy of the future, not the present. Part of the reason for this is so I can take actions in the present that will have me in the best position for the future. Another reason is to help others prepare. When times are difficult and others are in the midst of turmoil, I can act as a stabilizing force, a way shower. While others are shouting “the sky is falling!” I can be the voice that says “this too shall pass”.

    I’ve always been a natural practitioner of meditation. It’s simple for me to detach from the chatter of the 3D world of illusion. I easily perceive the energy of the spiritual realm which causes activity in the physical realm. This is one way I receive impressions and information that help me know what’s coming. Another way is that I’ve fully embraced my ability to channel beings who inhabit the high spiritual dimensions and densities.

    To learn how this all began, it helps to know this. My Father died tragically in a fire. I was just seven years old at the time. He was my world. My hero. He was so full of life, love and laughter his crossing over left a huge emptiness in my life. All the adults around me were grieving too. No one could offer comfort except to tell me he was “with Jesus and the Angels”. This did little to address my sorrow. In my memory the months following his passing were all lonely, cloudy and cold days. Everything felt hollow and empty. I remember calling out in my mind in grief and despair. I had just one question for God and my Dad. “Why?”

    The answer didn’t come in words. It came in a presence. An understanding that my Dad hadn’t abandoned me. He was still there, still accessible. All I had to do was believe, reach out and he would be present. Comforting, guiding, bringing joy and teaching lessons. Beaming pride at my accomplishments and sharing the sorrow of my failures. He was not there to judge, but to guide and encourage. Sending people my way who could help me grow and develop my gifts and talents.

    One of those talents would be the key to my success in life. It’s the ability to access and download information from higher spiritual planes of existence. Looking back I can see a pattern. When I was actively using this gift, my life was flourishing. When I was ignoring it, my life quickly spiraled out of control. As with any gift or talent, the more you use it, the more proficient you become. In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of communicating with people all over the world. Previously and currently, this has been through written word and audio visual presentations. Now, I also communicate through music and song. All this has sharpened and tuned my ability to channel beings of high spiritual density.

    I’ve learned something important. You will communicate with the aspect of that individual or entity that most closely matches your own vibration. In other words, if you’re living connected to your higher self, you will channel the higher self aspect of the individual or entity. If you’re living completely in the 3D world of the five senses you cannot comprehend higher information from higher planes. Therefore, your communication with be with the lower density portion of the Consciousness. Where am I going with all of this?

    Contrary to how it may appear, my purpose here is not to teach you how to channel. Rather, the aforementioned was to help you understand where what I say next comes from. I sense something wonderful and world-changing is coming. This energy is so superior to that which is encompassing the planet at this present moment. Words fail me to express what it feels like. I’m not sure the words even exist. Perhaps “sublime” comes closest. In order to try to give it definition, I’m calling it “The Summer of Wonder”. Summer being the time when the world is fully alive.

    For many years I sensed this new Earth experience as a possibility. As a hope. But something has changed in recent months. It has shifted out of the possible and into the probable. I would even say it feels inevitable to me. And close. I let my consciousness feel and absorb the energy of this new world. It lifts me to a place of wonder. I experience a sense of awe. All the hope that mankind has held onto over millennia of pain manifests a new reality. The faith and vision all focus on this nexus point. The journey out of suffering and servitude is finally over. This is what I sense is coming.

    The Summer of Wonder will be a time when the sky will be full of “signs and wonders”. Humanity will at long last be able to move from questions to answers. From grasping to having. From war to peace. From lack to abundance. From sickness to health. From fear to love. Right now I’m there in my mind- and it fills me with elation! My heart is bursting with joy!

    This is where my consciousness chooses to be present. The things I choose to give my energy to are the things that are relevant to the world that’s coming. The words I write are for those who embrace the energy of the coming reality. The videos I make are for those who choose the perspectives of this renewed world. The songs I write are for those who resonate with the frequency of the liberated Earth. All these are tools to lift people out of the muck and mire of lower density life. They help transition into the mindset and vibration of a world based in love, not fear.

    The historic global systems of control are passing away. All the hidden evil is being brought to the surface so humanity can reject it. Like a sick person who is ejecting all forms of vile fluids, society is vomiting up it’s refuse. With one voice we must affirm that we choose that which is pure and beneficial. That we are sovereign. We are not subjects. We are not chattel. We are not to be exploited. We are fractals of Source and we co-create the future that resonates with our highest and best values.

    We choose to build our world based on the “Law of One”. -That which harms one, harms all. That which lifts one, lifts all. We choose to cooperate so that all may reach their full potential. Our intention is to create the conditions by which all may thrive and experience abundance. To elevate and celebrate the best human qualities and overcome those that are regressive and harmful.

    In closing, when you look around and it feels like the present world is collapsing, know that it must. Take comfort knowing that the most positive outcome from the current revelations is not only punishment of the guilty. It is eradication of the dark motivators from the lower astral. This is achieved when humanity collectively and categorically rejects the philosophy of “me first”. When people everywhere choose to live beneficently. This is what raises the planetary frequency of vibration. A consequence of this is that evil entities can no longer abide. They become incompatible. They lose the dark energy that sustains them. They disintegrate.

    This is what is precipitating the “Summer of Wonder” and the birth of the New Earth. Coming sooner than you think!

      Channeling Nikola Tesla: The Making of the Energy, Frequency & Vibration Music Video

      Our story begins with the writing of the book MENTAGENESIS: Free Your Mind To Create Your Future! A couple of years back, I was doing my research for the book and studying the life and writings of Nikola Tesla. Gradually, as I immersed myself in his thoughts, I began to channel him. I found he had much to say. His words bridged the unseen Metaphysical World with the physical world we all experience. He had insights into both. He held each in equal regard. This led to his greatest discoveries. He truly accessed the 4th, 5th and higher dimensions to guide his discoveries. This is why he was so far ahead of his contemporaries who were only thinking using 3rd Dimension paradigms.

      To this day, those who only see the physical representation of Nikola Tesla, see a limited version of the man and his soul. They can’t truly understand his writings or his motivations, least of all his passion for innovative thinking. In case you’re wondering, yes I’m channeling Nikola as I write this. He is suggesting an image. It’s of a statue an artist creates to commemorate the love of his life. Others may gaze upon the statue and admire its beauty. Only the sculptor himself feels the passion and love he has for the person who inspired the work of art. Therefore, the artist has a deeper connection which is spiritual and multi-dimensional.

      Back to our story. Recently I was creating songs for the “Conscious Cosmos” album by MENTAGENESIS which is my virtual Progressive Rock group. A long time ago I noticed that the best albums had a certain ebb and flow. They varied the tempo and emotions of the songs. It created what I can best describe as a “wave effect” on the emotions and vibration of the listener. This wave effect makes for a more satisfying listening experience. I experimented with the style, content, and order of my new songs. Then I realized my album lacked something. A high vibration was missing at a crucial moment. Just then, I felt a familiar presence enter my consciousness. The song I needed was suggested and I quickly produced it. As it turns out, it was exactly what the album needed to complete the wave effect.

      Cut to several weeks later. The album has been mastered, cover art has been created and distribution has been secured. It’s now time to create the music videos that are a modern necessity to promote music to social media audiences. I was listening to the EFV song to get ideas, when Nikola’s consciousness drew near to mine once again. He suggested the overall concept. As a side note, he’s a very gentle presence. Never pushy or demanding. He asks direct questions, and is very quick to understand. He’s very fun to work with and has a sense of humor. More about this next.

      I should mention that I asked him what he thought of the music to the song itself. He replied that while he prefers a more gentle sound, he understood why people like this type of music. He laughed gently and said it contained a lot of stimulating vibrations and frequencies that would be conducive to high energy. Then he asked me if we could put a piece of music he would provide through the A.I. engine with the video (more about this later). I agreed to a short clip as he wanted to tell a bit of his backstory. I suggested it could act as a prelude to the video. I also suggested we could make the full composition a download here on the blog article (see below). It’s called “Ashes on the Danube”.

      Once we got the initial concept for the video lined out, we began to use an A.I. render engine with face swap technology to create video clips. This is how it works. You provide a picture of the person you want to appear in the video clips. You describe the action and scene and the engine attempts to bring your vision to life. Sometimes the results are great, sometimes not so much. I told Nikola he would have a chance to review the video before completion. He could then make suggestions for alternate clips once the video was put in order. He liked that and receded into the ether while I did the first draft edit.

      When it was ready, Nikola came back and we watched the video together. After watching the whole thing to get an overall picture, we went shot by shot. One of the first questions he had was why he looked so pale in some scenes. I explained that those scenes simulated the lighting tones of fluorescent lights- which he invented. He laughed gently and said he understood. I said people complain about them all the time- that they’re very unflattering for photography. He laughed again and asked me to apologize on his behalf. Then I shifted the color tone in those scenes slightly more flesh-tone so he’d be happy. He had a number of other suggestions for alternate shots which he felt would improve the video. I agreed and created the new video clips, swapping in the new shots until we both were satisfied with the results.

      One last observation. When I channel the consciousness of a person, I feel their overall emotional state. Sometimes I sense things they regret or wish regarding their past life. I got the distinct impression that Nikola does not agree with one aspect of the way his story is told. He doesn’t like that he is painted by some biographers as a tragic figure who ended his days in defeat. He always knew he was working for the future and not the present days of his incarnation. He even gave an interview where he stated this. Since his ascension into the energetic realm of the spirit, he is very happy with his lifetime and accomplishments. Even more so now, as he knows the padlock is about to be taken off his greatest discoveries and inventions. The final image in the video is from Nikola. Apparently, from where he is it’s easy to influence A.I. to output certain results. Enjoy and don’t forget to check out Nikola’s music below the video.

          The title of this blog started off to be “Slow Descent Into Madness.” After careful consideration, I decided against it. While some of the world is indeed “descending into madness” others, such as myself are not. We are choosing to ascend into sanity. As mentioned in our blog article “The Dimensional Divide,” the population of the planet is separating. It is dividing into two different mental states or mentalities. One group is asserting their sovereignty and the other is choosing to remain enslaved.

          In the first group we have individuals. They have awakened to the truth that the world has been run by psychopaths. They want no more of this. In the second group we have those who are still asleep and are very comfortable in their surreptitious enslavement. They don’t want anyone to upset the apple cart. Many of them have lost their minds and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Those that have a mind are being controlled to fight on behalf of their oppressors to remain oppressed. To those who are awake, this is the very definition of madness and the opposite of sanity.

          The Shadow Controllers

          Those in the group that has awakened see the reality. The world has been controlled by those who have evil intentions. They masked their evil deeds by publicly wearing a cloak of decency. Under that cloak lies a core of deep depravity. Yet, the public figures are only minions themselves. They’re controlled by those whose names are never mentioned. They hide in the shadows and manipulate events and people as unseen puppet masters. They promise their useful idiots the world, but abandon them when they no longer perpetuate their plans. While the world is focused on the puppets, the puppet masters have, up until now, gone unpunished.

          For years they have perverted the goodness of humanity. They have fomented every harmful circumstance, situation, and activity on the people of this planet. Wars, disease, poverty, greed, violence, deceit, etc. They have set the rules of the game to encourage and reward all the worst tendencies of human beings. Virtuous, generous, and decent people often found themselves fighting the system. It is designed to discourage them with difficulties. Meanwhile, they saw those who embrace self-centered indulgence rising in affluence, power and influence.

          As I have written before, in a sane society the rules would encourage and benefit all people. They would not be set so as to benefit only a depraved few. The governing in this sane world would be administered by those who truly seek to serve the greater good. They would not be self-seeking or self-serving. They would not be greedy or violent. They would not conspire to exploit the system.

          The fact of the matter is we live in a Free Will Universe. What you choose is what you get. For years the population of this planet has been tacitly agreeing to being under the thumb of the shadow controllers. They revealed their harmful plans through the media before they carried them out. They have also been known to use public monuments for this purpose. This is to achieve tacit agreement. “He who does not object is seen to agree.” Although this is often attributed to the German Philosopher Immanuel Kant, the roots of this maxim go way back. The ancient Romans and Greeks often based their legal arguments on this principle.

          The Controllers considered humanity to be their “livestock.” However, today there are individuals who are no longer content to be seen as such. They will no longer tolerate servitude to a shadowy cabal of self-appointed rulers. They are intent on asserting their sovereignty as Children of Source and taking back their power. They want a sane world where goodness, kindness, decency, and generosity are rewarded. They are determined to continue to climb out of the swamp and ascend until full sanity is restored. They choose to live under the Law of One which is the Law of Love or the Kingdom of God. Although the ascent has been slow, they are determined to co-create the world they envision.

          What will become of those who fight for their oppressors once their overlords are gone? If they choose not to evolve they will find themselves lost without someone to control every aspect of their lives. I pity them. I hope a compassionate solution can be found. This would allow them to live out their days as they choose. However, once all the good, kind, and compassionate people have ascended, they will face an even harsher world. It will be even more awful than the one we have today. What would be more of a nightmare than to have all those who have chosen violence, greed, laziness, selfishness etc. to be confined to one place? With no kind hearts to rescue them from their folly? Sound like a hellish dystopia to me. One I choose not to be a part of.

          As for me, I will continue to ascend in vibration, always working toward a world where sanity rules. What about you? Which world do you choose?

          Source Connected = Powerfully Protected

          How is our personal reality created? What captures our imagination is what creates our reality. The Universal Field of Possibilities (UFP) begins to alter circumstances and situations. It creates what we imagine, both consciously and unconsciously. Meanwhile, we adapt our actions to bring what we imagine into our reality. The more we consciously and intentionally pursue this, (guided by our Higher Self), the faster our desires will manifest in the most positive way. We become free to consciously create the life of our dreams!

          Now a word of caution concerning manifestation. Many people create their future without Source-inspired guidance. Consequently, they are not happy when what they desire actually appears in their life. This happens all the time with people who manifest a lottery windfall. Soon their lives are a wreck. Why? One likely cause is that they generated their reality without seeking Source Wisdom. They neglected to renew their mind and cleanse their negative subconscious beliefs. As a result, they brought into existence a mixed manifestation. This combined positive results with subsequent negative circumstances.

          A meme that proclaims: "Thoughts are energy. They are real and they have power."


          Let me elaborate. If you manifest from a low frequency state of being, i.e., emotions and thoughts of greed, envy, lust, anger, revenge, low self-esteem, etc. you will have results that are mixed. When you receive what you desire, you will also attract negative circumstances. These negative circumstances result from your negatively resonating vibrations. They may hinder your happiness and enjoyment of what you manifested.

          How many Hollywood and Rock Star cautionary tales have we seen? These people generated great fame and wealth. While greatly admired for their talent, in the end they come to a sadly tragic end. Their manifested dreams came with temptations and circumstances that destroyed them in the end.

          With Source connection, they would also have manifested success. in addition, they would receive the wisdom to use it in a way that brings them the most happiness. This would lead to their ultimate fulfillment. Aligning yourself with Positive Source Energy is incredibly important. Do this before using the power of Imagination/Creation. If you fail to heed this warning, be prepared for experiences that might not meet your expectations. They may also come with difficult life lessons.

          I believe that in our pre-incarnate state, we designed a plan. This plan was to bring certain general (and some specific) experiences into our life in the physical world. These experiences are directly related to how we wanted to grow in Consciousness. When our eternal essence or soul becomes integrated into a body, we experience the illusion and limitations of separation. Meanwhile, an expanded part of us, our Higher Self (or spirit), remains in the non-physical realm. It communes with and connects our consciousness to Source. Through meditation we connect with our Higher Self and receive help, guidance, and wisdom to fulfill our pre-incarnate plan.

          Bashar, a teacher who communicates through Darrel Anka also has some thoughts on this:

          “Learning to form a strong relationship, a close relationship, a close communion between your physical mind and your higher mind is what will allow you to feel that you can glide through life effortlessly, which does not mean you will not have challenges, but will give you the tools with this understanding to face them in a joyful, creative way – to make them play instead of obstacles and allow yourself to see that the Universe really is your playground.”

          I advise spending time in meditation and prayer each day. This practice helps connect with your Higher Self. It also connects you with Source to receive alignment, guidance, and wisdom. When you’re manifesting with Source alignment, you will always be happy with what you co-create. If you choose to go it alone, you should expect various learning experiences. These experiences will be a mix of positive and negative. They will ultimately lead you back to embracing the concept and methodology of being in alignment with Source as you manifest your reality. Here’s an affirmation that I’ve found quite helpful to align myself with Higher Self and Source. “My state of consciousness governs my reality. By my beliefs and actions I am creating my future. I choose the path that will serve to fulfill my highest life purpose and happiness.”

          Many people are discouraged from practicing meditation. In our over-stimulated world, it can be hard to find the time to sit still and quiet the mind. We’re bombarded by things that demand our attention. Taking 30 minutes or more can seem unproductive. It can even seem unrealistic. Let me assure you that no time connected to (and aligned with) Source Energy is ever wasted.

          A meme that suggests: "Merge into the allness of Oneness."

          There are many types of meditation and the advocates of each believe that their way is the right one. However, my experience has been that different methods work better for different people. Therefore, each individual should experiment to see what suits them best.

          Some individuals prefer the classic lotus position for meditation. Others find lying on their back with a small pillow under their head is more conducive to overall relaxation. I have a friend who is certain the best place for meditation is in the shower or bath. For others, physical exercise, running, working out, bicycle/motorcycle riding or even skateboarding puts them in a meditative state of mind. Some like to gaze into candles and burn incense while others use crystals or a glass of water. It doesn’t matter if your eyes are open or shut, or if it’s a long or short time. The important thing is to quiet the mind from the cares of life. Be receptive to inspiration and guidance. Meditating for three minutes at various intervals of the day can be highly effective. Try doing it before meals. This can be just as beneficial as a 30 minute morning meditation. You need a strong intention to connect, align, and receive from Source for it to work.

          Here, on my Arizona property, I’m surrounded by the beauty and harmony of nature. Yet, things occasionally get hectic. Here’s a method I use when I’m pressed for time.

          I make myself comfortable, close my eyes and count backwards from twenty, concentrating on breathing. When I get to zero I clear my mind and hold only the thought I’m connecting, aligning and receiving. In a moment, I’m no longer thinking the thought, but rather holding a mental posture of receptivity. If a stray thought crosses my mind, I see it as a passing train. It interrupts for a moment and then is gone. If for some reason my quietude is lost, I count backwards concentrating on breathing again. I keep in this meditative state until I feel connected, refreshed and/or inspired. Usually within 5-10 minutes.

          This type of meditation is about quieting the mind, reaching outside oneself and connecting to Infinite Source. It’s better to have a short meditation than no meditation at all. Remember that Source is perfectly capable of giving you a high-speed download. This download can be inserted into your consciousness. It can be unpacked later when you need the information or guidance. The important thing is your desire and effort to connect.

          Another method I like to use as a morning ritual is to fill a glass with fresh, clean, cool water. I sit in a chair with the glass on the table in front of me. As I sit, I imagine Source infusing the water with energy. I attribute qualities such as health, rejuvenation, and alignment to that energy. It may also include guidance, abundance, peace, joy, and love. This depends on what most resonates with my consciousness that day. I then lift the glass and drink. As the refreshing liquid enters my body, I imagine that I’m drinking the pure energy of Source. I believe it contains all its life-giving qualities. Finally, I sit quietly for a few moments feeling gratitude and appreciation for the energy infusion.

          I’ve noticed that when I start the day with intentional connection to Source (meditation), my day goes more smoothly. Things align in my favor. Often it’s a multitude of small things. However, they accumulate to create a day with far less frustration and difficulty. There are so many examples I could use to illustrate how this works. Suffice it to say, it’s like I have a personal assistant. This assistant goes ahead of me and prepares a path through the day’s activities. This allows them to be accomplished with ease, happiness, and joy. Even the people I encounter along the way are happy to help me should I need assistance.

          I encourage you to explore different meditation modalities to discover which works best for you. You’ll recognize you’ve found the right method when your practice makes you feel confident and connected. It will leave you feeling guided and protected. You will be inspired, calm, blissful, joyful, and fully alive!

          The Birth of Mentagenesis Music: Conscious Cosmos The Album

          Since I last wrote a blog post I’ve been in a joyful creative frenzy. Writing lyrics, writing prompts and working to create the music I always wanted to hear. As I mentioned last week, my all time favorite music is Progressive Rock. I have all the albums. I still enjoy some of the old songs. However, more and more, I find that I’m a frequency mismatch with much of what used to appeal to me. This week I set out to change that.

          Working day and many times far into the night, I wrote and produced over 20 songs. I kept working on each song until it was exactly what I envisioned. I wasn’t only working in the genre of Progressive Rock. (You’ll learn more about this next week). Other genres aside, I produced 7 incredible Progressive Rock songs. Enough to create the first MENTAGENESIS album, CONSCIOUS COSMOS. It even has an 8th song bonus track!

          The music I’ve been waiting for lifts the heart and expands the mind. It also raises the vibration, and ironically, it would be created for me, by me.           • Ongoing A.I. Adventures

            Ongoing A.I. Adventures

            As I mentioned in my recent blog article Rediscovering Music I use A.I. powered software to create images for the articles I write and post on this blog. It also animates images for the Mentagenesis Media videos you see on this blog and my YouTube channel. If you think A.I. is inherently evil, please read my article where I explain why I disagree. (Click this link to read it). I see it as a great opportunity to quickly produce mind and heart expanding media which is what Mentagenesis is all about. In fact, I’m not altogether certain that it wasn’t me that manifested A.I. into this reality to help creative types get things done more quickly (wink)!

            Currently I’m learning how to use A.I. to help create songs. In my quest for instruction, I turned to that great institution of self help videos- YouTube. I found that most people were recommending SUNO for music production and not the software I was using. So I jumped aboard the SUNO train. I was delighted to see that it had features my other software lacked. It has the ability to write much longer and more detailed prompts, which I have found is the key to working with A.I. and achieving the results I’m looking for.

            In fact, it has so many ways to edit and alter the lyrics and music that it will take me a bit of time to learn them all. I feel like I’m back in school relearning everything I was taught about Audio/Visual production. I congratulate myself because at a certain age most people are done learning new things. I have an eagerness to keep on learning “new tricks” so to speak. Although don’t you dare call me an “old dog” (double wink) !

            My first adventure was to turn the blog post (and video) Conscious Cosmos into a song. But what kind of song? The concepts in this presentation are very mind expanding and challenge the 3D perception of reality. Add to this I’ve always been a fan of Progressive Rock which blends the format of Classical Compositions with a modern rock beat. The groups YES and RUSH are too examples of Progressive Rock Bands.

            I told the A.I. what I wanted to do, and it replied enthusiastically “Turning a blog post into a song is a boss move! I can help you with that. Just copy and paste the text of the blog post and tell me what type of song you’d like to produce.” I did as the A.I. suggested and in about 3 minutes it came back with an incredible composition that I really liked. For me, the era of Progressive Rock was all too brief. I still listen to the old songs and wish there were more.

            I’ve been told the reason for this is that not enough people purchased the albums of the Progressive Rock bands. This was due to limited Radio Play. The songs tend to be on the long side. Commercial radio stations have the incentive to play shorter songs. This allows them to squeeze more commercials into the broadcast day. Thereby earning more ad revenue. This caused a reluctance on the part of record labels to invest in this genre. The music business has always been about profit.

            From an expanded perspective, the energy of Progressive Rock is absorbed thru the mid to higher chakras. Much of Rock and Pop music is designed to be absorbed through the mid to lower chakras. PR is more about the heart and consciousness. RP, in contrast, is more appealing to the body and emotions. Naturally, there are exceptions to this. I’m not saying one genre is superior to the other. They are just different in focus.

            My latest book proposes alternative views on human history, extraterrestrial involvement, and societal manipulation. We explore ancient civilizations, discovering lost technologies and hidden truths about humanity’s past and future potential. My research suggests that remnants of advanced technologies exist worldwide. These remnants challenge the accepted historical narrative that minimizes our connection to these civilizations.

            And finally, for Children of all ages, I wrote a book. It teaches in a fun and humorous way. It explains the concepts of being curious, open-minded, and a critical thinker. It explore the variety of ocean creatures.

            Finnegan is a fish in the Great Wide Ocean who goes on a journey to see all he can of his watery world. He encounters many colorful characters along the way. Then he has an encounter that causes him to question the things he’s been taught in school. He and his Angelfish friend Gabby begin to explore the idea that there may be more to the world than the wet one they live in.
