Most Earth inhabitants of the 21st Century were unaware the planet they lived on was infamous- that it was an anomaly in their galaxy due to its low overall frequency of vibration and state of greed-based chaos. Most planets that were colonized in the past by space-faring humanoids enjoyed peaceful, harmonious and abundant high-tech civilizations. This made it a sort of side-show that many off-worlders who came from planets with orderly, benevolence-based societies were curious about- even while viewing it with trepidation.

The Earth governments were committed to competition with each other before cooperation, the monetary system was based on the illusion of scarcity and this inevitably led to a chaotic blend of suffering, poverty, oppression and war. In fact, as observed by representatives of the Galactic Government, the planet was a mess of low vibration manifestations that threatened to spill out into the galaxy and upset many worlds and their spiritual development. This is the story of how the Earth became quarantined until it could rise above the conflicts that caused its collective consciousness to manifest a regressive reality.

You see, by the beginning of the 21st century the people at the highest levels of Earth governments knew they had a vested interest in keeping the planetary population in a state of ignorance concerning all things extraterrestrial and galactic. They had long become accustomed to taking advantage of the trust constituents placed in them to corruptly build their own wealth. They knew this was not acceptable in a society of high vibration and advanced spirituality- which is where most space-faring civilizations were at. The few who had advanced technologies but regressive tendencies were mostly kept in check by the positive civilizations that belonged to the Galactic Confederation.

The rediscovery of the Galactic Community by the Earth Governments began with one positive civilization that was a unique race of supremely peaceful beings. Though highly intelligent, their biology was based on plant rather than animal physiology. Perhaps because of this, they had cataloged the most extensive body of knowledge regarding life (both plant and animal) and habitat throughout the galaxy. As such, these “Gardeners” (as they were known) had taken upon themselves to oversee the welfare of the biosphere of various planets, especially the constantly exploited, polluted and war-ravaged Earth. Since they were Pacifists and viewed war and the destruction of life as completely illogical, their ships had no offensive or defensive weapons and were vulnerable to even the primitive technology of twentieth century Earth governments.

The most powerful of these governing bodies was highly paranoid due to constant warfare. Therefore, they sought to protect their airspace from incursion and felt no remorse over causing these “unauthorized intruder” ships to crash. Their further goal was to gain a military advantage over their competitor nations from reverse engineering the off-world spacecraft. Even better if they could capture a live pilot who could be interrogated for advanced, high-tech information. And so they did. Due to the unique physicality of the Gardeners they referred to them as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities– giving them numbers to differentiate individuals as in E.B.E. 1 and E.B.E. 2. Held captive in the dark recesses of military bases, sadly, they survived only briefly.

However, the captured pilots and their craft did provide enough information that enabled the most powerful governments in the latter half of the Twentieth Century to create Secret Space Programs their citizens were unaware of. The spacecraft they built allowed them to learn of and contact other space civilizations and the Galactic Government itself. For a time the ships of the secret space programs were allowed to explore the local solar system and those nearby. They quickly set up bases throughout the range of their explorations which were connected to the Earth by “Stargates”- another technology they gained from extraterrestrial sources. To keep the population’s eyes focused elsewhere (and to give credence to the false space information they wanted to feed them) they created low-tech space programs that mostly employed obsolete technology, deceptions and movie special effects to make the public believe they were legitimate. “Fireworks for idiots” is how the select few insiders who were privy to the deception commonly regarded these “missions”.

In making contact with other off-world civilizations, the Earth governments learned that most were not interested in providing advanced technology that could lead to more destructive conflicts on the war-torn planet. Instead they advised the jaded Generals that the solution to the planetary problems was spiritual in nature. They offered to teach consciousness expanding and vibration lifting concepts that would lead to technological advances which would in turn conquer all sickness of the body and mind, ending poverty and war. In time, this would enable the planet to join the positive Galactic Confederation as a member world and receive all the benefits that would confer. The Generals and their governments scoffed and branded these extraterrestrials as “Space Hippies”. They then made alliances with less evolved extraterrestrial races who were of a similar low vibration to them- that is to say they were deceptive, devious and prone to violence.

The details of these alliances were a closely guarded secret known only to a few. However, in time, guided by their conscience, various whistle-blowers came forward. They claimed the agreements involved the exchange of advanced alien technology for Earth raw-materials including human DNA which was needed for “genetic refreshing” of at least one alien species. Also claimed was that a number of humans were allowed to be taken off-world by predatory aliens and trafficked for experimentation and even food.

Predictably, neither side lived up to the specifications of the treaties and these alliances fell apart rather quickly. Many benevolent E.T. civilizations who observed all this lodged complaints with the Galactic Confederation which led to the quarantine of the Earth- with the exception that they be allowed to use the Stargates to transfer authorized supplies and personnel to and from their off-world bases.

Thus, as the 21st Century dawned, the Earth became a quarantined planet with several benevolent races volunteering to use their motherships and smaller atmospheric craft to enforce the lock-down. All planetary traffic would have to be approved by Earth Central Command (located on the moon) and the Galactic Confederation Command (located on a huge mothership hidden behind the moon). Rogue ships entering or leaving Earth Space without the permission of both authorities could be shot down by either enforcement agency.

Throughout these tumultuous decades, and by the plan of the unelected Shadow Government of Earth, power shifted away from the national governments to the 3 letter agencies and multinational corporations of the world. Political leaders and all governing bodies were quickly becoming mere puppet shows. The formation and authorization of the secretive spy agencies of the world proved to be the ultimate “Pandora’s Box.”

The 3 letter agencies became the compartmentalized keepers of the secrets the governments wished to hide from their citizens. Being made up of amoral individuals, they quickly realized they had the power to bring the governments under their thumb simply by threatening to reveal those dark secrets. Having access to the most advanced spying technology, mind control devices and coercion techniques they used them regularly to control government officials into compliance with the agendas dictated by their secretive Overlords. These had ties to every criminal enterprise, and could generate unlimited, untraceable money to fund all kinds of immoral activities around the world to advance their agenda of human suffering. Ironically, the three letter agencies were merely puppets as they themselves had been infiltrated by agents of the shadowy Controllers aka The World Wide Cabal that had ruthlessly enslaved the planet since antiquity.

The pyramid of control worked as follows. The multinational corporations, especially those associated with the Military Industrial Complex, the Tech Sector, the Banking Industry and the Mass Media were all infiltrated by operatives of the 3 letter agencies. They made certain these powerful companies followed the control agenda they were dictated by their Controller Overlords. As a reward, the agencies would foment continuous conflict and wars so their client companies would benefit and receive tax-payer money in the hundreds of billions of dollars in the form of government contracts, subsidies, and bail-outs from the vote of the officials who were under their thumb. The Corporations in turn, made sure that the politicians were beholden to them by way of campaign contributions including positive press by the controlled corporate media. Anyone who resisted would be cut-off from campaign contributions, become the recipient of negative press and could even find themselves being threatened in various ways. All designed to bring them into compliance or end their tenure in government.

With unlimited money to fund their malignant and avaricious plans, access to the advanced technology/weapons developed for the Secret Space Programs and a knowledge that the Galactic Confederation was committed to a policy of political and military non-interference, those in the Shadow Government hatched a plan to do away with the puppet governments and bring the world directly under their control. This would involve quelling unrest and rebellion in the citizenry of the world by the deployment of various depopulation and mind control techniques and technologies.

From the Galactic Confederation’s point of view, it had no desire to allow the psychopaths who controlled Planet Earth to go marauding among the stars and starting conflicts to justify the conquest of peaceful or more primitive worlds. While many Earthlings who had become aware of the Extraterrestrial presence wondered why they didn’t just step in and end the oppression of the Earth Controllers, they had their reasons. These stemmed from their most important directive and the rules they had all agreed to abide by. They must not impose their values, morality and/or culture on a planet by political or military force. Rather, they must look to address the core reason for whatever planetary problems and conflicts existed. With the knowledge that a planetary reality is created by the collective consciousness of the population, they understood the chaotic Earth reality was generated by a lack of expanded awareness and high vibration thought patterns among the people.

Almost a century after the first retrieval and examination of an undeniably other-world spacecraft, the people of planet Earth were still being lied to so they wouldn’t connect with their Cosmic Cousins and begin the process of building a better world for all. However, much to the chagrin of the Controller Cabal, many of the positive star civilizations had for years been seeding the planetary consciousness from within. Having advanced spiritual understanding, they accomplished this by sending operatives to incarnate on the planet and become teachers, healers and peace-makers for the purpose of expanding the awareness and raising the vibration of the population. Meanwhile, support crews watched and aided their efforts from cloaked Starships in orbit around the planet.

Those incarnated on the planet labored ceaselessly in anonymity, imagining the celebration that one day would come when, at long last, the Cabal of Controllers was eliminated by the consent and will of the people and the planetary quarantine was lifted from the Earth. They dreamed of a day when Starships from a multitude of races would once again visit Terran spaceports and Earth ships would peacefully moor at the space-docks of exotic worlds. They longed for the reunification of the Earth with it’s diverse Galactic Family and the golden age of restoration to abundance and harmony that would bring!

It’s up to each one of us to do our part to bring that wonderful day of reunion to pass. To change the world, we must change the mentality that creates that world; and that change begins with our mind, our consciousness, our ability to manifest the best future we can imagine!
