Manifesting Motorcycles (II)

A little while ago I wrote a blog that explored the part passion, joy and bliss play in causing things to manifest rapidly into our reality. That article centered around my love for motorcycles and how easy it’s always been for me to manifest them. Then, the last two weeks I’ve been writing about the manifestation mindset and how it can cause our life to be a continuous experience of the miraculous.

Today I have a story to tell you that relates to both. Back a few months ago when I wrote the blog Manifesting Motorcycles, my little trip down memory lane caused me to realize it was time for me to have a motorcycle again. You see, the last couple of years, I’ve been without a motorcycle due to several factors. The first being that I rode the last one so much I wore it out and had sold it for a nominal amount to a mechanic who wanted to fix it up and return it to pristine condition. This bike had served me well for a time but when it came time to rebuild it, the cost outweighed my desire to continue riding this particular bike because my needs had changed. It was time for me to have a highway touring bike again so I could enjoy major road trips and explorations.

A meme that proclaims: "I like knowing that my job is joy."

However, during the last two summers we were in a heavy construction phase here at Skyborne Ranch and during the winters I was writing my book MENTAGENESIS, building a small recording studio and recording the audio book. All this making for little time to go motorcycle road tripping. But I knew the time would come when that would be part of my life again as it brings me so much joy. I set my intentions to get a motorcycle that would be a perfect match to my daydreams and desires. I also invited my higher self to guide me to the perfect bike at the perfect price. I set my goal to purchase it the weekend before my birthday 2023.

About two weeks before my target date, I started checking the online classified ads in Coconino County where I live. I didn’t see anything that met my desires so I checked in the greater Phoenix area which is a couple hundred miles away. I found several motorcycles that were good candidates located in various parts of this huge Arizona city, so I began prepping for a road trip. I wasn’t relishing driving all the way down there and back, nor was I thrilled about driving all over a large metropolitan area looking at bikes. I kept thinking to myself that I should be able to manifest the perfect bike right in my neck of the woods.

Then as the target weekend approached, the weather was calling for a huge snowstorm to blow through my part of Arizona on Sunday, which would leave me only one day to look at bikes and get back home. I decided to drive down to Phoenix on Friday, stay overnight and make the rounds on Saturday, hopefully returning with a motorcycle late Saturday night. After attaching the trailer and loading a few supplies into my vehicle, I set off for nearby Flagstaff to pick up a few more items and get some money from my savings.

When I arrived in town, I checked the weather report on my phone and learned the arrival of the snowstorm had been moved up; it was now expected to arrive Saturday night. This gave me pause. Did I really want to drive that far and cut it that close? I’ve learned over the years that it’s never good to make a decision when you’re under pressure. I decided to check the local classifieds one more time before heading back home. I tapped the search information into my phone and, low and behold, there it was in all its glory right in Flagstaff! The perfect bike with all the features I was looking for, at the price I wanted to pay- it even had all the extra accessories already installed that I would have purchased for it. I texted the owner and set up an appointment to see it ASAP. He was even located on my way back home.

The inspection/test of the motorcycle fully convinced me to purchase it and it was an easy transaction all around. I was back home later that day with plenty of time to take pictures before the first snow flake fell. All in all, acquiring my new ride was about as difficult as a trip to the grocery store. And even though I was snowed in on my birthday, I had warm thoughts of all the amazing rides I’ll have in the years to come. You and all my friends on social media will be seeing the pictures!
