Unlocking Higher Consciousness: Overcoming Fear and Trauma

Today’s topic is an exploration of the nature of the soul or consciousness versus the body. Most people agree that a house is not a home. Similarly, it makes logical sense that a body without a soul is not a complete person. From this we extrapolate that bodies might be like houses. Perhaps they can be vacant until a consciousness or soul chooses to inhabit them. We might also suppose that a soul can leave a body. This is similar to how a person can move out of a house. Does this necessarily mean the death of the body? Or does it remain vacant, on the market so to speak for another consciousness to move in? Can a body be in zombie mode? Could it be simply animated by the matrix of the collective consciousness? Would it lack the ability to think rationally or critically?

We also have examples of people who display multiple personalities. Modern medicine has labeled this as Multiple Personality Disorder or more recently Dissociative Identity Disorder. Most often, when a person displays the symptoms associated with MPD or DID, therapy will uncover that they have experienced severe trauma. This trauma typically occurred in their formative years. Very often the alternate personality(s) is recognized as a defense mechanism. It acts to push away people seen as potential threats to the traumatized individual. Often times therapy involves confronting the underlying fear and healing the trauma which then makes the defensive personality unnecessary.

My purpose here today is not to debate the efficacy of Psychiatry, or its beliefs and practices. Instead, I aim to use it as a jumping off point. This will help us explore additional metaphysical realms. These realms may be influencing us all to some degree. This leads us to the Astral, also known as the Energy Realm.

To better understand this existential realm, it’s helpful to recognize that in the Astral world of energy, thoughts become things. Thoughts too are energy. Therefore, they interact with the Universal Field of Possibilities. As a result, they instantly manifest into structured form. There is a lower astral with manifestations caused by fearful beliefs. In contrast, a higher energy realm exists where manifestations are created by love. Between these two are realms where fear and love manifestations are mixed. The physical or material world is connected to the astral in a causal relationship. It manifests aspects of both through our fearful and loving thoughts. This happens because you take your beliefs with you. When you leave the physical illusion, you go back to your real existence as a being of energy. To put it plainly, when your physical body expires, your beliefs guide you. You will find yourself in a world matching your frequency of vibration.

In our blog article, Growing a Soul, we present the idea that the choices we make while in the physical affect our consciousness. These choices can either expand our consciousness and grow our soul or shrink it and diminish our connection with Source. To me, this explains so much of what I perceive to be going on in our planetary society at present. In our blog article The Soul Crushers, we explore how the Shadow Controllers have been farming and mind-controlling the human population. They harvest our manipulated thought energy. This is done to create the reality they desire, which primarily benefits them.

I put forth the premise that the Shadow Controllers of our planet are purposefully working to shrink the soul (and therefore Source connection) of the people of this world. They do this through a variety of diabolical mechanisms. If this is the case, one must also ask “why?”.

As we mentioned earlier, the lower astral is a world manifested by our fears. The Egregores, Tulpas, Demons, and Phantoms reside there. (Yes Valerie, it’s time once again to use your dictionary.) They were all created by the dark side of the collective consciousness of the population. As such, they rely on our fearful thought energy to keep them alive. This is why they can be dismissed and defeated by positive, loving belief. If you ever cross into the lower astral in your dream state (nightmare), expect the apparitions to take the form of what scares you most. When you understand that the ghastly appearances and/or scary situations are a product of the dark corners of your own mind, you can stop the dream. You can call for a re-casting and rewrite of the script. This is because you understand that you are the Producer, Director, and Writer of the drama you are experiencing. Once you call “Cut!” and stop the action you can now replace the monster with a cuddly little kitten. You can decide that the story is a comedy or a love story and not a horror film. You can replace every element that is frightening with something that is comforting. This is how powerful you are and how powerful your beliefs are. Never be afraid of the creatures of the lower astral. You brought them into existence, and you can easily take them out. They have no power that you can’t take away.

This is why I believe the Shadow Controllers are so invested in lowering the vibration of Planet Earth. They have so diminished their own souls that they have become hosts for entities from the lower Astral. These body snatchers know that as more people in physical bodies lose their connection to Source, they diminish their consciousness/soul. As a result, the body snatchers will be able to move in to those bodies. Then they can continue to lower the vibration of the material world. These entities feed on fearful energy. It’s in their interest to keep the world in a low vibration of fear. This keeps it as far away from the unconditional love of Source as possible.

Now if any of this makes you fearful, take a deep breath. Drink some pure water and read on. I would never leave you in such a vulnerable state. The first and most important thing to know is that an entity of low vibration cannot linger in the presence of a high vibration person. It cannot move in and take control of their body. They must have a low vibration portal such as an unhealed traumatic event that causes fear and/or hatred.

If you feel that you might have an entity of low vibration trying to attach itself to you, simply ask for a Pure Source Energy (Holy Spirit) shower. This will wash it away. Focus your life on being a loving person in both thought and deed. You will be totally unavailable to the lower astral. Rather, your communion will be with Ascended Masters, Angels, and Positive Extraterrestrials. You will also connect with other Pure Energy Beings who live in the higher realms of the Astral close to Source. These beings will all protect you while encouraging your spiritual growth and connection to the Divine.

I want to emphasize that the actions of the Shadow Controllers reek of desperation. They aim to crush souls and bring more Lower Astral entities into the physical realm. They understand that people are awakening to higher consciousness and connecting to Source at an exponentially accelerated rate. They also know that each person who unlocks their ability to shape reality is extremely powerful. Expanding the collective consciousness is dangerous to their dominion. They are in panic mode. They try to combat what they see as an invasion of their domain. Rebel forces from the Higher Astral are armed with the ultimate weapons of mass creation!

Know that ultimate victory over the soul-diminished ones is assured because only those with a connection to Source can create. Their very existence depends on us. This is why evil sows the seeds of its own destruction, because it only knows how to destroy. Those of us with the power of creation are reforming and reshaping the collective soul. Our goal is to benefit the population in every way. We oppose any attempts to oppress it. We are refusing to live in fear, which is starving the Shadowy ones into oblivion. While they seek to control and dominate, we liberate and set free! Nothing can stop the coming revolution and triumph of love and oneness!
